When the basic stuff (tier 1) doesn't fix it, that's where I come in.
$35 cash or card - flat fee. No hourly BS. No corporate runaround.
I'll jump on a screen share, diagnose the problem, and fix it right there.
Printers, routers, Windows issues, cloud problems, slow computers, whatever - I handle it.
